Since I started doing it with Kathleen, I find that the alternative moves she suggests and the explanation of the reason for the movement permit me to follow the sessions easily. “I have enjoyed practicing yoga 🧘♀️ on a weekly basis with Kathleen, it has helped me to keep my flexibility which is so important to me, so I can do my everyday chores. I also enjoy the meditation at the end of each class which gives me a different outlook on life.
