Hello friends,
Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Kathleen Yamasaki and I’m a Yoga instructor with a 200-hour Yoga certificate and a 100-hour specialty in Trauma Informed Yoga (for relief from anxiety, depression and PTSD)
I believe that maintaining great mind and body health through Yoga is for anyone and everyone looking to reduce stress, quiet the mind, build a strong functional body, improve range of motion and achieve better balance. Yoga is a practice for every age, body type and ability and I encourage pose modifications to suit your own comfort level. My goal is to offer high-quality Yoga classes at a price that’s accessible to all. Every class is $5 on a drop-in basis.
